My least favorite song is Droppin' Plates, although I do listen to it occasionally. I'm trying to figure out what that means? I'm not big on rapping, but a little now and then doesn't hurt.

dropping plates is sort of about all the poeple who thought disturbed would never go anywhere
"You'll never make it, no, not in this lifetime" is a good example, if you read the lyrics of the entire song and try to put them in that context it fits nicely.
Edit: the official interpretation from David : "SPEAKS ABOUT OUR UPHILL BATTLE TO BE A METAL BAND IN A CITY, AND A WORLD THAT DOES NOT NECESSARILY WANT ONE."

someone say something hilarious? just feel like being awsome? Click on the blue heart next to the post of a person to give him/her/it more reputation. also, it works both ways, if someone is being a douche feel free to give negative rep. (though no one likes a negative nancy so try and keep things positive.)

The term dropping plates in the music industry means dropping CDs... new music. So, they're dropping plates on the asses that told them they wouldnt go anywhere with their music. Alot of clubs wouldnt let them play before they got signed because they said the music was too heavy and wasnt what people wanted to hear. (Guess they were wrong, huh?)

remember the 90's mainstream was filled with grunge and punk rock, disturbed was very different from what the clubs thought would sell.
