I used to skip The Game a lot when I first got The Sickness, but it kinda grew on me, but I probably would say I don't listen to it nearly as much as the other tracks.

Numb was the song that got me interested in Disturbed, it's one of my favorites Smiley

It's not meant to be taken literally hon. David would never actually rape anyone. He doesn't have to. Women are drawn to him like crazy. I should know. Wink

someone say something hilarious? just feel like being awsome? Click on the blue heart next to the post of a person to give him/her/it more reputation.
also, it works both ways, if someone is being a douche feel free to give negative rep. (though no one likes a negative nancy so try and keep things positive.)

It's not, that's why I was confused about his statement. I thought maybe he was misinterpreting the lyrics.

If he doesn't like David rapping, he should be more concerned with Droppin' Plates, wouldn't you think?

Droppin Plates is bad ass!! Especially when he is like "Plates on your ass bitch plates on your ass!!" I LOVVVVVEE THAT SHIT.

I can tell you one thing tonight my brothers my sisters my blood. That is no matter how you felt walking in this building tonight, no matter how hot and sweaty you may be in the pit. No matter how battered and bruised you may be, no matter what hand life deals you. You will leave this building tonight feeling stronger than you did when you came in!! -David Draiman Sloss Furnace in Birmingham, AL 05-09-08

I never liked " The Game" and I remember thinking when I went to the show I hoped they wouldn't play it but I didnt get that lucky.  I am not sure why I don't like it just can't put my finger on it

Maybe because it's one of their catchiest songs and a fan favorite???

"But being paid,--what will compare with it? The urbane activity with which a man receives money is really marvellous, considering that we so earnestly believe money to be the root of all earthly ills, and that on no account can a monied man enter heaven. Ah! how cheerfully we consign ourselves to perdition!" -Ishmael

Matter of opinion... But I agree.  The Game is the song that got me hooked on Disturbed.

In an age of nothing, at a time when we stand at the brink of our own destruction -- Strengthen your belief in yourself, in the future of humanity, in the things of this world which cannot easily be perceived.  Awaken that which lies dormant now within your soul.  Re-ignite the flame of your consciousness, and measure the strength of your conviction. Reveal the lie. Renounce your hatred. Seek, find, and embrace the truths you are fortunate enough to discover. Cherish them, use them to anchor you in the sea of chaos that is the world we live in. When twilight draws near, when you are pushed to the very limits of your soul, when it seems that all you have left are the dead remains of the fabric of your life -- Believe

Droppin' Plates is my least favorite on this album, and by Disturbed in general. Only song I don't like by them.
