How do we even know "Criminal" is a TTF song? I mean, I know it is. Ravensclaw got us all hyped for it in 2006, long before Indestructible was even in the works. I'm just curious to know how we knew about it. I can't find any interviews or anything that point to that song from that time.

Possibly, but that doesn't make sense given how they usually go about recording nor given what was said on the Indestructible DVD.

Criminal is not a TTF song. The first song from Indestructible that was written was The Night and that wasn't until 2007.
Actually, it was recorded with Ten Thousand Fists. I remember hearing about it back in 2006. Before Indestructible was even announced. So it had to have been. But if you want to get technical, the first song written for Indestructible was Divide, followed by Perfect Insanity, followed by Criminal xD This Moment was recorded with TTF as well, but we never heard anything until Transformers.
Actually, that was recorded solely for the sound track. Saw that in an interview once. |

i remember hearing about criminal being a b side in some interview before indestructible came out. if i find it again i will post it.
but i am pretty sure it was the same version as in indestructible too.
