It was a special edition that had a bunch of live versions and B sides on it. I can't find a picture of it though...

Yep. It was only released in Europe I believe.
I think Son of a Plunder was on it at one point, but they changed it.

yeah, definitely Sons of Plunder, duh. All the pimping son of a plunder??? makes no sense.... also, i have the tour edition, no live shit, but monster and 2 Worlds are on it. also, came with a DVD that was pretty cool
