I have heard people talk about this being a 'filler' song and I agree with them. The lyrics are really short, as is the song. It probably didn't take a lot of time to write.

I saw that this song is on Need For speed Most Wanted. I guess not everybody thought it was a filler.

Yeah. that's when I started to listen to this song more.
It is one of the few songs on there that isn't rap.

i just listened to it, and you're right. the intro is like 20 seconds, and dave only sings for maybe half the song |

That, and Dave had writers block. 1 verse, 1 chorus, 1 bridge. Of course we repeat the verse 5 times, the chorus 3 times, and the bridge twice. It feels short because it's like a song on loop. |
