I never was a huge fan of the original series (I was a beast wars fan, haha), but I thoroughly enjoyed both movies cuz they're both quality films. It's one of the better sequels I've seen in awhile

OK, reviews are nothing more than some stranger's opinion of something, some people are just good at wording them and have the time to go see and hear everything and so a newspaper or magazine hires them to give their opinion, you wouldn't go up to some random guy on the side of the road, ask him what he thought of something, and take his word for it, now would you? It's the same concept with a review

Not necessarily. My brother used to work for a newspaper as a movie reviewer so I have a bit of inside info on it. They don't usually just hire random people, they hire people with knowledge and experience in media. My brother had worked as a radio DJ and an assistant to a movie producer so that's why he got hired for it. He's a huge movie buff and takes every review quite seriously. Some don't but most I have found do. As a movie buff myself, I'm connected to several different websites and blogs and read at least 10 reviews from different locations when I read any. When I can't find one single positive review anywhere? Yeah.... Besides, you're just a some stranger who doesn't work in a media field. Why should I trust your opinion over theirs?  |
