I re-pierced my lip yesterday and now it is itching like son-of-abitch..my friend told me not to itch it but its killing me.....

It could very well be just the cells around it healing, but if it persists for longer than a couple of days, then yes, I would likely see someone about it. You could try washing/disinfecting it right now, as well.

I don't know much about peircings (I never plan to have one) but put some dissinfectant on it. Neosporin or something. If that doesn't stop it, you gotta see a doctor.
